a) Application Submission: Prospective candidates must submit a complete application package, including Resume, Cover letter, References, Copies of relevant certifications or transcripts.

b) Screening and Initial Review: The hiring committee reviews all applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and match the needs of the school.

c) Interview Process : Selected candidates are invited to participate in the interview process, which may include: Panel interviews, Demonstration lessons and Classroom management discussions

d) Licensure Verification : Prior to offering a position, the school performs a licensure check through the Educator Profile System on the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce website to ensure that:
● The candidate holds a valid and current license for the position they are applying for.
● The license is in good standing, with no pending investigations or disciplinary actions.

e) Background Check : All candidates must undergo a BCI and FBI background check, including fingerprinting, in compliance with state and federal regulations.

f) Employment Offer: Upon successful completion of all steps, an official offer of employment is extended. This offer includes details about: Role and responsibilities, Salary and benefits, Contract terms, Onboarding
